Pigtail Pundits Web Solutions Pvt Ltd [Pigtail Pundits] follows different policies for Professional Services, Software Updates and Maintenance, and Training Services. This is outlined below.
Pigtail Pundits warrants that for 7 days after the performance of Professional Services for customers provided under a statement of work, such Professional Services were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.
If there is an issue with the Professional Service rendered then the client will bring this to the notice of Pigtail Pundits within 7 days of delivery and we shall make all attempts to resolve it to the client’s satisfaction.
Otherwise, such Professional Services are provided by Pigtail Pundits “as is”.
Once requested by you, Pigtail Pundits will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
If a project is delayed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, Pigtail Pundits will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the client.
Professional Services covers all design, copywriting, content, audit and strategy services that are available on this site.
Pigtail Pundits does not offer any refund for software, maintenance and support services once agreed by the customer.
Software services pertain to WordPress migration, installation, upgrades and theme modification services.
Customer reservations which are canceled 7 or more days before the start of the workshop, or webinar, will be refunded, in its entirety.
No refund is offered for any cancellations for less than 7 days of the start of the workshop.
Training services refer to paid webinars and courses delivered via the web.
Pigtail Pundits reserves the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
